OUR PROCESS
We start with continuous communication with the client from the opening of a project to a satisfactory close.
Steps:
- Client Inquire for the service required. Please contact us
- We contact the client to understand in details about the requirement.
- We collect all the required information from our clients about the Job opening.
- Client sign on the comprehensive agreement on the scope and focus of the search.
- A dedicated account manager is assigned to the client project.
- Job Postings are posted using our rapid response channels as well as start searching through our existing data banks of millions of candidates.
- Long Lists are created for further screening and a short list of the candidates is created after phone interviewing of the candidates.
- Final list is created for a detailed face to face interviews which results in a final list of 3 to 5 candidates and submitted to the client.
- We work with the client and candidate as mediator to make the interviews happen.
- The client confirms the finalist and offers the acceptance or job offer letter and report to us.
OUR PRICES
We don’t charge Employers or ask for upfront fees till satisfactory close of the project. You only pay within 10 days after a candidate is successfully placed and has started work.
Our Prices: For job roles with a salary equal to or more than AED 10,000 pcm we charge one month's salary, and for job roles with a salary of less than AED 10,000 pcm we charge a fixed fee of AED 8,000.
OUR GUARANTEES
If a candidate starts work with you, and leaves within one month period, we will endeavor to replace them at no extra cost.
