â¢ Provide administrative support to accountants
â¢ Undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping.
â¢ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
â¢ Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
â¢ Managing petty cash transactions.
â¢ Controlling credit and chasing debt.
â¢ Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
â¢ Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
â¢ Preparation of statutory accounts.
â¢ Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets
â¢ Planning and budget control.
â¢ Assisting qualified Accountants with audits.
â¢ Preparation of financial reports.
â¢ Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field
â¢ Knowledgeable in Peachtree Accounting System
â¢ Bachelor Degree in Accountancy Graduate
â¢ Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and organizational Skills
