Responsible to the Director, Clinic Operations for the day-to-day operations of all the Out Patient Clinics and for the coordination of the development and implementation of Customer Excellence Programmes. Masters Degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Administration and minimum 7 years Healthcare experience of which 3 years should be in a managerial role in a busy Out-Patient setting. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Outpatient Clinics. Assist in the development of individual Clinic Managers both managerially and clinically through mentorship and performance improvement programmes, identifying areas for employee improvement and developing recommended strategies to align employee skills with requirements and expectations of the position held. Develops programmes to optimize operational performance through quality, efficiency and service excellence in line with American Hospitals Vision, Mission and Purpose and JCIA standards.
