Responsible for Managing all Unit Heads under Business Solutions Department:

IT Special Project
Delivery Channels and Cards
1. Recommend necessary strategy and technology for implementing new Application.
2. Develop capacity, availability and up keeping plan for business applications.
3. Ensure that the changing needs of business are addressed continuously and appropriate software solutions are recommended.
4. Ensure that enhancement or development is based on best technology and practices in the industry.
5. Review the architecture, design, specifications and technical documents related to any enhancement.
6. Balance the demands of the users and liaise with the Project Manager for timely completion of tasks as per the set of rules of Banks Quality Management System.
7. Contribute ideas to help support team to become more effective and seek ideas from other team members.
8. Ensure that high quality deliverables and work products are provided and meet commitments for the schedule on satisfying the banks user needs.

10. Coordinate with DGM IT in resolving issues and disputes.
11. Ensue that regular updates on progress are conveyed to DGM IT.
