Support branches and Direct sales with achieving their card sales targets and providing support on service related matters as well as retaining customers.
· Preform Anti-attrition Call back to customer to salvage card attrition and meet the card attrition rate target.
· Perform cross-sell of Anti-attrition promotions to encourage card acceptance and usage.
· Ensure card replacement and waiver is done (if any) for all win back acceptance.
· Ensure that card blocking and reversal done (if any) for win back decline.
· Provide all support required to all sales channels to drive cards and portfolio sales and to ensure success via high take-up / conversion rate
· Support resolution of escalated issues impacting card services and business performance.
