Main role (Overall accountability)
 Prospect and sell RE products to business customers.
 Manage the entire sales cycle from customer contact till final sale
 Work closely with back office teams to ensure KYC and credit evaluation steps are completed satisfactorily
 Own the customer relationship and be the single point of contact for the customer.

Principal accountabilities
 Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets
 Contact target business customers, evaluate suitable products from RE product mix and sell the identified products to the customer
 Be the single point of contact for the all the necessary interaction between the bank and the customer for the closure of the sale
 Collect and provide feedback to the Team Leader and other RE team members about customers and competition
 File timely sales call reports to help monitor sales effectiveness
 Work closely with other RE team members to improve the sale conversion rates, turnaround times and credit quality
 Develop and maintain a highly satisfied customer relationship by ensuring prompt and courteous service to the customers
 Ensure business growth and maintaining portfolio quality
