Prospect and sell RE products to business customers.
Manage the entire sales cycle from customer contact till final sale
Work closely with back office teams to ensure KYC and credit evaluation steps are completed satisfactorily
Own the customer relationship and be the single point of contact for the customer.
Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets
Contact target business customers, evaluate suitable products from RE product mix and sell the identified products to the customer
Be the single point of contact for the all the necessary interaction between the bank and the customer for the closure of the sale
Collect and provide feedback to the Team Leader and other RE team members about customers and competition
File timely sales call reports to help monitor sales effectiveness
Work closely with other RE team members to improve the sale conversion rates, turnaround times and credit quality
Develop and maintain a highly satisfied customer relationship by ensuring prompt and courteous service to the customers
Ensure business growth and maintaining portfolio quality
