Developing business from new & existing clients, through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors.
Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth. Managing complex relationships independently, under the overall supervision of Line Manager.
Managing assigned risk assets portfolio in line with institutional standards of quality and profitability. Ensuring provision of high quality and timely service to clients.
Growing assets and liabilities to enhance the profitability of the account & maintaining the growth (achieve optimal growth of the business).
Delivering the full range of products to the mandated Corporate Finance market place with a high degree of confidence.
Assessing business, financial & economic risks and opportunities, and maximizing potential to cross sell products. Preparing and executing a call program designed to evaluate risk, assess opportunities, and maximize potential to cross sell products.
Monitoring risk and ensuring that the companys relationship strategy is in line with the Portfolio and Industry quality.
Assessing credit risk of proposals and ensuring the credit and processes are within acceptable standards. Conducting credit and customer analyses to support ongoing relationships and acquisition work. Ensuring that the quality of the credit portfolio is maintained, by reviewing proposals, identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures. Structure facilities and recommend them for approval after a comprehensive analysis.
Propose the facilities by preparing the comprehensive credit proposal along with financial analysis for submission to credit department for approval.
Liaison with various internal departments (Credit, Credit Admin, etc.) for smooth and quick turnaround of transactions. (Follow up with other companys departments to expedite processing of customer related issues and documentation.).
Following up with customers on outstanding and regularizing the accounts (in case of account overdraft and overdue loan payments).
Making joint and/or independent calls on assigned names.
Managing the relationships efficiently and actively to identify the early warning signals to protect the interest of the company and to take a timely remedial action to minimize potential loss risk.
Expanding revenue stream through fullest utilization of limits by superior customer relationship management.
Ensuring that all procedures and policies are implemented and being followed in compliance with organization.
Ensuring implementation of all audit recommendations and minimizing occurrence of any deviation during audit checks.
