As Technical Advisor the main responsibilities are mentioned below:
Upon receiving the duly signed form or file or application from the customer, start setting up the user based from the files received.
Work closely with the Banking System (On Line Banking) & Customer /Corporate clients ERP system to understand the IT process for generating files and formats based on the clients ERP system.
Setting up the templates based on clients requirement.
Coordinating with the clients for verification and validation of the files and formats.
Testing clients detail in the database and sending back the rejected files.
Visiting the clients office to assist and make them understand the bank process and the complete transaction cycle.
As a Technical Advisor, the skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Technical support experience preferably within financial services (client facing roles).
Significant experience in an application support type role.
Ability to troubleshoot browser related issues.
Knowledge of financial products e.g. Internet Banking System, Pay Roll, Direct Debits, Payments, Receivables etc.
Knowledge of the internet technologies/protocols like TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol), UDP/IP (User Datagram Protocol/Internet Protocol), HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) and FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Excellent communication skills, time management and team work.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Substantial working knowledge/experience of XML file format.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
