2. Respond to customer inquiries with regards to banking products and services.
3. Research required information using available resources.
4. Handle and resolve customer Internet Banking inquiries and general complaints.
5. Provide customers with product and service information
6. Route calls to appropriate resources.
7. Route service requests to appropriate departments.
8. Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
9. Complete call logs
10. Other duties as assigned.
