Our customer is an American corporation within the glass industry with subsidiaries in more than 25 countries. The position to be filled soonest possible is the following:

Regional Manager Architectural Sales GCC and Levant (India/Delhi)

duties and responsibilities

leading the sales force in India
key account management
formulation of overall sales strategy
manage strategic distributor partners
develop and maintain key relationships with end users
budged planning, forecasts
strategically and operationally manage all regional sales performance
responsible for the generation of new sales in predetermined geographic territories as well as customer retention
ensure that sales teams meet customer needs and business needs
accountable for key regional sales business performance metrics including sales, people retention, visit compliance, expense management
lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary workforce
set, monitor, measure and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness standards
accountable for compliance with HR policies, guidelines and procedures

qualification

experience in the business fields of architecture and design, in technical consulting, in the glass industry and in construction companies
final university degree in the fields of engineering
professional management skills
highly sales driven
experience in UAE
English oral and written, Arabic and further languages as advantage
