Job Responsibilities:

*Technically knowledgeable and responsible to distribute information, cataloguing, and providing assistance to the top-level management with professionalism.
*Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
*Ensures materials and reports for signature are accurate and complete; proofreads and checks typed and other materials for accuracy, completeness and compliance with District standards, policies and procedures.
*Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
*Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
*Types and/or drafts memoranda, correspondence, and other documents and reports often of a highly sensitive and confidential nature;
*Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound, independent judgement.
*Reviews, determines the priority and routes incoming correspondence, reports, requests and instructions; handles or refers matters as directed.
Implement and maintain office systems, As per standards of ISO 2008 9001
*Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials and types minutes for various meetings.
*Review operating practices and procedures in order to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures.
*Handle incoming mail and send mails to designated personnel or customers.
*Set up and maintain filing systems, As per Standards of ISO 2008 9001
*Collect information maintain databases.
*Provide word-processing and secretarial support to high-level management.
*Other relevant duties as required.

Good command on English language.
With a strong sense of Responsibility, well organized and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent Interpersonal and Administrative Skills needed
Experience in information and communication management.
Data entry skills ex. typing speed.
Good communications skills (Arabic, English and French), written and verbal.
