Identify Business opportunities and prepare growth plan for the region.
Execute growth initiative through strategic and tactical plan on long term and short basis
To execute sales plan to meet sales budget, gather market intelligence and manage existing customers, develop new customers through efficient customer service and adequate channel partners, and ensure good reach to a large base of customers
To ensure timely remittances of payments and maintain overall out-standings below an accepted level.
Achieve profitable business growth through new customers/applications and focus on specialty value added products.
Ensure customer satisfaction for customer retention
Epoxy resin is a performance polymer and is consumed by a very large and diverse applications
From the product life cycle perspective Epoxy resin is in growth phase and number of application is growing. Due to this reason the customer base is fragmented.
