Bachelors degree or college diploma in a business field or Experienced in Similar Field
At least 2 years experience in a public sector procurement capacity, ie: Processing Quotations, Tenders, Proposals, Purchase Orders, etc.
Experience with computerized purchasing systems would be an asset.
Good knowledge in MEP and civil tools and materials
Ability to co-ordinate multiple projects requirement and work under pressure.
Can Multi tasks (Able to control the movement and storage of materials in the warehouse)
Ability to effectively collate, analyze & present information
Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal. Provide assistance to user departments, when required, in the preparation of specifications, etc.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
Strong decision making skills.
