Preparing Bills of Quantities
Prepare and maintain budgets, estimates, cash flow forecasts, cost reports in coordination with the site staff
Verify and approve Contractors measurement sheet
Verify and certify contractors and sub-contractor's monthly applications for payment and issue payment certificates
Verify and certify suppliers invoices and issue payment certificates
Review and assess Contractors claims including forensic analysis of sub-contractors rates for new items
Review and assess Extension of Time claim in coordinate with the planning engineer and as directed by the Project Manager
Participation in site visits & preparation of reports
Site measurement of main contractor and subcontractors' Work
Report back as necessary to the Resident Engineer/Project Manager.
Ensure the submission of Contractors insurances/bonds in accordance with the contract
Assist in the close out procedure and prepare the contractors final account.
