We are currently seeking highly motivated and self-driven Business Analysts in HCM domain with a deep understanding of HR implementation aspects.
� Responsible for requirements gathering and implementation of the Adrenalin HR/Payroll Solution
� Understand the client�s business drivers and ensure benefits realization for the client
� Build strong relationship with the client appropriately to engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle
� Plays active role in planning/analyzing the business needs of the customer and articulate them well to help enable technical teams deliver.
� Conducts and Participates in iterative meetings to provide customization related inputs and clarifications.
� The person should exercises judgment in selecting approach, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining desired results.
� Engage with different compliance stakeholders across the globe for product related discussions.
� Responsible for Configuration of the Adrenalin Solution.
� End User Training & Help customers to perform UAT and signoff.
� Perform risk assessment for all production change requests
� Establish project processes through all projects to ensure process compliance
4-7 years of experience in requirements gathering in ERP Implementation in HRMS & Payroll space with background in Business Process Consulting. Working experience with any HCM is a mandate.
Skills (All mandatory):
� Ability to understand and document the requirements of customers and map the same to application
� Ability to discuss and debate requirements with Senior stakeholders at Customer site (Eg: HR Head )
� Ability to produce clear documentation and reports that can be easily understood by technical team
� Should be a good team player and be able to coordinate with back office team in converting the requirements into configurations.
� Proactive in troubleshooting, listening, and problem solving skills
� Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
� Excellent Communication Skills and fluency in English & local language.
A Master's degree preferably in Human Resources. However in case of candidates who had proven experience in the above areas specified, other qualifications like Bachelors in Business Management can also be considered
