We are hiring highly motivated self-driven and experienced software sales professionals to join as Business Development Managers based in Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:
---------------------------------------------------
The Business Development Managers (BDM) wins, maintains and expands relationship with assigned Channel Partners in the specific geography/country, market.

The BDM is responsible for sales, profitability and partner recruitment objectives. The BDM represents entire set of Adrenalin HCM solutions & services and reports to Regional Sales Head.

�Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned partner accounts.

�Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personal in assigned partner accounts.

�Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resource.

�Review prospective leads with partner sales organization and submit weekly sales, partner activity report to MIDDLE EAST Sales operations head.

�Manage Key account profiles with partner sales organization and deliver presentation if required.

�Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.

�Coordinates the involvement of company personal, including support, service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner expectations.

�Pro-actively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.

�Proactively leads joint partner sales planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationship.

�Manage potential channel conflict with other partner sales team by fostering excellent communication internally & externally and through strict adherence to partner rules of engagement.

�Leads solution selling efforts that best addresses end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.

�Monitor competition in the market assigned and proactively work with the company management to come up with new sales programs to increase market share.

�Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
