Director of Business Development and Sales will be managing the most important activities important for our success:
relationship building with customers
launching partnerships and Strategic JVs
researching the market and related products
presenting the products or services in a structured professional way to high level executives and boards
Responsibilities will include:
maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
business development & project management
sourcing of sales deals related to the activities of BoardMaps through cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
gathering market and customer information
representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with managers
challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
liaising with implementation team to check the progress of existing orders
recording sales and order information into CRM
gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience in Enterprise sales
Ability to pitch and work with senior executives, Board members and corporate secretaries
Must be fluent in Gulf Arabic ( اللهجة الخليجية )
