Key areas of responsibility in Technical support, Account Management, Business development including specification, sales force and Networking.
Leads innovation - identifies and communicates steps required to achieve business vision.
Portfolio Management - exhibits expertise in balancing risk profile of the portfolio to ensure the right mix of products, continuous improvement, progressive innovation and effective resource allocation
Critical Thinking & Reasoning - Displays in-depth reasoning skills in systematically processing complex information to provide advice and recommend sound solutions
Demonstrates ability to think strategically across the portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in engineering or related field.
Experience: 5-8 years experience in B2B sales professional, preferably within a technical industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Confident, outgoing, with a strong Customer Service orientation as well as ability to multi-task.
Experience working with technical products and services
Ability to adapt their communication style to the targeted audience and develop strong relationships
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of concrete and building materials would be an asset.
