Assumes receptionist responsibilities as necessary, greets the public, routes calls and takes
messages when required
Scan customer information into online system (Vault)
File and/or shred organizational documents, records and reports
Assists with payment processing/cashiering duties
Conducts the Daily bank deposits and making change as required
Maintain clean and neat office environment including wiping down displays, products, organizing
promotional materials and ensuring customer computer is ready for use
Assist with inventory of wireless and landline products and stock room
Monitors office supplies, assists with replenishment requests.
Applicant must be willing to relocate to the States.
Have at least 3 years experience and clean.
