Our client a leading name in the Consumer Electronics industry is looking to bring on board an HR Business Partner to be based in Dubai and be responsible for embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support with the objective of adding value to the business.

Key Responsibilities include forecasting and planning for their talent pipeline requirements, to ensure headcount demands are met including recruitment, retention and engagement, Facilitate meetings, leadership training, team interventions, and increase use of management and leadership principles/models, Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees for performance management and employee relations, Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business, Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, Determine employee needs for training and liaise with both internal and external resources to oversee its delivery, Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns

Candidate Profile Description Qualifications Required:

Bachelors degree in HR or Business or related field
5+ years of experience in HR and related positions with increasing responsibilities, influence and strong relationships at all levels of the organization
Substantial business acume
Demonstrates problem-solving, conflict resolution, coaching and facilitation skills
Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
Proven ability to provide guidance on HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning /recruiting, employee relations, and talent management)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability/flexibility to travel domestic and/or international.
