� Proactively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling to engage, consult, and close local deals.
� Develop familiarity with each merchant�s business, including but not limited to: products and/or services, consumer demographics, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model, and revenue and profit drivers.
� Utilize knowledge of deal structure and strategy in order to reach company�s and merchants� desired outcomes and maximize profit.
� Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
� Interface with Merchant Development to ensure a seamless transition of accounts and align on merchant strategy.
� Drive market growth for both qualities of merchants and revenue.
� Develop and close new business opportunities through established networks, relationships, independent research, and the lead management pipeline to expand the range of offers to our subscribers.
� Facilitate the growth of revenue by contacting and closing merchants who have not done business with us.
� Secure merchant partnerships using consultative selling strategies to craft and negotiate offer details that align with financial and operational objectives.
� Identify new revenue opportunities through prospecting activities, including researching significant events in target industries, targeting clients with demonstrated business needs, awakening dormant client accounts, and scheduling meetings with qualified client contacts.
� Build sales, marketing, and training assets in the form of creatives, proposals, and presentations.
� Identify and acquire new business plus retain and grow the existing business through key account management. To be achieved through in-person meetings and calls on a daily basis. Market interactions and quality client engagement will be a key parameter.
� Build expert-level understanding of the vertical, and develop strategies to maintain and grow our leadership position.
� Develop and manage operational budgets, and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis. Establish metrics for business to drive decisions.
� Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans against company objectives.
� MBA in Sales/Marketing
� 3+ years of proven success in a sales environment. Preferably, into Internet based company.
� Experience selling over the phone and cold calling various types of businesses, local merchants a plus
� You hold yourself accountable and balance multiple priorities.
� Should have experience dealing with company�s senior management people (Director/Head of Operation/CEO etc.)
� Making and presenting product presentation.
� Excellent report writing and communication skill.
� You are genuinely curious about people, local businesses, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others
� UAE driving license is must
� Experience in Money Exchange/Bank/Financial product � Preferred.
