Providing assistance to the General Manager by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Storing and sorting financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Reporting the sales progress to General Manager , identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensuring adherence to laws and policies
Complying other tasks given by the General Manager from time to time.
Follow up with clients by phone and email to confirm existing orders
Research product questions online and by phone to obtain information that clients have requested
Manage Classic Tents & Events project calendar
Post event paperwork: writing thank you notes and final invoices
Completing and executing tent fire permit applications in multiple counties
Manage customer pick-up orders from start to finish
Developing quotes and proposals.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Proficiency in English
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication
BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an additional asset.
