Maintaining relationship with Sales Agents and the Head office.
Leading sales Agents to pursue and achieve the desired objectives in accordance with established goals (Sales and Business target).
Maintain the trust between Sale Agents, Head Office and Customers.
Maintain records of Agents, which include location and contact information.
Assessing the performance of Sales Agents.
Developing strategies to increase Sale Agents commitment to the business.
Communicate with Sale Agents on a regular basis to keep them informed.
Analyse the market to identify new market or other opportunities.
Possess a recognised Diploma in Marketing / Business or possess working experience in relationship management/Experience in relationship building.
Possess franchising skills.
Able to meet targets.
Strong ability to maintain relations with Agents and head office.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to identify opportunities.
Knowledge and skills in using computer.
Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques and standards.
