Arabic Executive Secretary will be the one to organize and maintain the executive‚s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks
Preparing students / teachers certificates for the Ministry.
Submission of all the papers of the Ministry and follow up.
Getting approvals for all the admission forms / transfer certificates, trips and excursions, Marketing materials.
Arabic Executive Secretary will liaise duties with the requirement of Ministry of Education for school operations and be responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, answering questions and requests.
Will be the point of contact for all communications with the Government bodies relating to Educational zone.
Keep up to date on all new regulations and procedures of Ministry of Education.‚Ę Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Coordinating with the Ministry on day to day matters.
Attend meetings and keeps minutes.
Working knowledge of spoken Arabic (MUST).
Good communication skills both orally and in writing.
