We are currently looking for a full time program coordinator to take charge at the Onstage Academy.
Develop course content from start to finish, which will be taught by the facilitator.
Organize, plan and implement course policies and deadlines.
Coordinate and organize program activities with inputs from facilitator.
Create course syllabus and maintain agenda for the programs.
Carry out detailed research to find potential topics to be taught at the workshops.
Act as the main point of contact between students and the academy.
Arrange for venue sponsors to host the workshops.
Design marketing plans and business development strategies to generate ticket sales.
Handle the overall event management. Also coordinate with hotel staff for F&B and set up support.
Arrange for collateral and assist in budgeting and tracking expenditures of the same.
Prepare paperwork and keep updated records of contracts between vendors and the agency.
Help build positive relations within the external parties to host future workshops.
