Job Description :
Employee responsibility include but not limited to total Site Management, Site Installation, Supervision, Testing & Commissioning, handing over besides Planning, Scheduling, Material Submittal, Shop Drawings, interacting with Clients/Consultants, besides attend/conduct meetings with external and internal Agencies.
Besides, the employee is responsible to prepare weekly and daily plan against the programme, check available resources at site and report to Project Manager, review material requests from Project engineer, read and understand drawings/specification/standard and ensure that the incumbents team has performed what has been assigned; control wastage of resource, ensure safe working environment, develop and implement working method statement for all critical operations, arrange tools and equipments required, review all NCRs to propose corrective measures, ensure approved corrective actions are implemented, minimize rework by doing work right at first, ensure timely completion of inspection, discuss and resolve inter-discipline issues, review all comments given by Consultant/Main Contractor/QA QC and initiate remedial measures; review quality reports and take action, attend programme/technical/quality meeting with Project manager, to exercise full control on subcontractor and their workers, etc.
