We have a vacancy for a Arabic Speaking Personnel Administrator, to be based in Dubai.

Job Description :

Medical Insurance:

Handle the medical insurance policy for staff in all regions including and not limited to:

Excellent knowledge and awareness of the medical insurance policy including all details (geographical coverage, covered network of medical services providers, addition, deletion, exclusions , limits, coinsurance and provided benefits and conditions)
Provide clear & valid comparison for different health insurance policy quotations ( benefits & prices) at the time of renewal or upon request
Provide support to staff when processing medical claims from the insurance provider/ broker
Process internal medical claims within the company
Check and verify credit and debit notes and coordinate with finance to issue the payment
Update insurance details data in the system
Generate medical insurance reports to the management upon request

Administration of Company Accommodation:

Handle the Administration of company accommodation (Labor camps, flats, offices)
Keep the files for all company accommodation including all needed documents (contracts, quotation, receipts, internal tenancy payment requests forms and attestation certificate Ejari) updated on timely manner
Handle renewal of current contracts including negotiating the best deal for annual rent, number of instalments, security deposit
Manage camps allocation and all activities related to camp in coordination with camp bosses to ensure that the camps are in line with all governmental and regulatory requirements
Maintain camps allocation and cost records and generate related report on monthly basis
Have knowledge about renting laws and regulations and provide related support when needed
Communication with government parties with all issues related to camp (needed certificates, camp inspection)
Point of contacts with the landlords that company is dealing with

Employee Relations (Welfare):

Have solid knowledge of UAE labor law
Handle investigations when needed and provide investigation report with the right procedure based on UAE labor law
Issuing Warning letter and maintain the related records and filing on timely manner
Communicate with company legal advisor and handle all needed coordination and correspondence
Represent the company along with legal advisor in court when needed

Payroll:
Generate payroll guide from the system (GHR) on monthly basis.
