We expect our team members to be highly organized and have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Aside from being fluent in English, candidates with a secondary language is advantageous, particularly Arabic.
Provide customers with a well-informed, fun, friendly, sincere and high quality service
Show customers around, explaining the game room scenarios, helping with hints and providing feedback
Offer customers assistance with enquiries via telephone, email and in-branch
Build and maintain customer relationships and a database
Participating in marketing activities
Promote the business by liaising with journalists and editors to ensure editorial coverage in key industry publications
Maintain stock and branch environment
Set-up and maintenance of the gaming facility
Organize deliveries and correct installation of furnishings and props where necessary
Suggest and initiate new procedures and other creative ideas
Ability to work cross-functionally internally and externally to help drive successful business.
