Perform routine secretarial assignments and clerical tasks reporting directly to the Managing Director.__
Assist in daily office work such as scheduling meetings, typing letters and correspondences.
Attend personal and official guests of top management.
Make and record appointments.
Receive calls and taking messages.
File correspondence and other records.
Liaise with clients as per the management instructions.
Prepare agendas or programs for meetings.
Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and at other locations.
Receive register, and distribute in-coming and out-going mail.
Receive mail by post and distribute to all departments.
Coordinate with PRO in order to arrange visas, hotel reservation, and airport pickup for all official guests.
Receive telephone calls and routiethem to the proper employees during the absence of receptionist.
Assisti managers and section heads in typing, faxing, and filing of letters and some o ther secretarial work.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenishes them by preparing requisitions asnecessary.
Perform any other related assignment as requested by management and the company officials
