Excellent in MS Excel, Word & Outlook (must be comfortable working with spreadsheets)

Experience in issuing purchase order and sales invoices
Greet visitors/guests/members professionally
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries
Assist with Admin and HR tasks as needed
Visit visa applicants only.
