Onstage International is looking for an energetic, talented and detail oriented Events and Sponsorship Manager. This person will be responsible for implementing event and sponsorship strategies. This role has the unique opportunity to play a key role working across business areas and regions to develop unique experiences that drive business impact. The candidate will be an experienced and proven event marketer and with a solid track record of managing and creating events that produce exquisite results. The role will require the ability to effectively work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors, and demonstrate effective pre to post events expertise from concept to completion.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Help Onstage deliver on annual growth objectives for the business through various event opportunities, create new strategic partnerships, build event frameworks and execute them.
Execute on event strategy, tactical plans and project manage all logistics, onsite execution and post event analysis for our participation.
Help with the research and development of events, sponsorships, face to face marketing platforms that align to corporate goals.
Coordinate and execute pre to post show event marketing strategies, facilitate lead funneling, collect post-event feedback and develop post event reports and analysis.
Be a strong and effective ambassador at events, creating impactful customer experiences and driving successful customer acquisition.
Ability to understand and grasp the market, technology, product portfolio, positioning and competitors in order to help support event strategy and tactics.
Build and distribute comprehensive pre-event status reports and post-event insights.
Develop and implement Sponsorship strategy and preparing proposals in order to gain more sponsors.
Negotiating sponsorship packages.
Managing sponsorship agreements from inception to completion.
Ensuring all supporters are kept updated with the companys activities.
Planning and coordinating promotion of all Sponsorship activities with the Marketing team.
Liaising with Design and Marketing team in creation of commercial and print advertising.
