1. Contact the clients using the data base and introduce the product
2. Answer questions about products or the company
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
4. Direct prospects to the sales team when required
5. Enter and update customer information in the database
6. Handle grievances to preserve the company‚s reputation
7. Go the ‚extra mile‚ to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Experience: minimum 1-3 year experience in telesales
Education: Bachelor‚s or similar
We are hiring enthusiastic individual with ability to generate sales for company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
1. Ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
2. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
3. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone
4. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
5. Quick learner and intellectual
6. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
7. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
8. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
9. Open for Filipino Females only (23-35 years old), preferably with previous experience in BPO Sales, Insurance Sales, Medical Sales Representative, Real Estate.
10. Must be immediately available.
