India, Saudi Arabia and Canada as well as across the UAE, were looking for a talented individual with a background in sports, fitness or program management to join us in Abu Dhabi in a new role focused on supporting operations and client relationships. Specifically we are looking for the right person to work with us as we develop and launch a new fitness and wellness product in partnership with a major, UAE health insurance provider: the product is an innovative solution for companies and individuals that will revolutionize the way fitness and corporate wellness is
accessed, managed and delivered in the UAE and potentially beyond. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative project team and working alongside key team members from DUPLAYS and our partner organization.
The role will involve hands on program and provider management including coordination with client organizations, subcontractors and service users to deliver quality sports and wellness programming and services. This candidate is a highly organized, detailoriented individual who can contribute successfully to a
growing, professional team, has the confidence and experience required to manage time and priorities and to work effectively within a team or independently when required.
Position will include a requirement to work evening hours and occasional weekends to meet the needs of the business and projects and the successful candidate should have a flexible approach and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be well oriented with Abu Dhabi and possibly other Emirates, ideally with existing
knowledge and experience of our sector including awareness of sport and fitness programs and operators, facilities and geographical locations as well as a good understanding of the challenges to working successfully in the UAE. This role will cover the whole of the UAE and will be based in our Abu Dhabi office.
The candidate will be expected to strive to improve the organization's processes and develop our services and programs whilst maximising engagement, supporting positive brand development and maintaining high standards of client and customer service at all times. We need someone who is passionate about the
industry, highly motivated to deliver the best possible experience for all stakeholders and willing to do whats needed to meet and exceed expectations.
Key Role and Responsibilities
Assisting with sourcing, contracting and onboarding providers and contractors
Coordinating, scheduling and supervising program activities
Procuring and maintaining appropriate levels of required equipment, uniforms and resources
Sourcing and managing sessional staff and volunteers to work on or support programs
Maintaining accurate records and producing required reports or other documentation
Developing new and existing relationships with client organizations, providers and facilities
Supporting marketing activities, including external communications and events
Working with clients, corporate sponsors and media to promote our products and programs
Experience of successfully managing some or all of the responsibilities outlined above
Sociable, interactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision when required
Excellent time management and organizational skills with proven ability to plan and prioritize
Confident and flexible approach to handling conflict and complaints in a positive manner
Relevant healthrelated, fitness and coaching qualifications or experience
Proficient in spoken and written English, Arabic or other languages an asset
Working knowledge of MS Office and webbased applications, CRM experience desirable
Social media and design skills would be advantageous
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
UAE Driving License, with daily access to a vehicle preferred
Not afraid to make decisions
