Outdoor Business Developer Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:

- Presenting all Services offers by Continentad Divisions: MailPlus, Hawyia, New Media and PrintOn by targeting new clients. Cold call to get meetings as telesales, attending meeting as Outdoor Business Developer.He/she is responsible for searching for new leads, contacting new clients, meeting new clients, following up with quotes and proposal, attending follow-up meetings, getting approvals/finalizing offers and quotes, and finally updating the ERP system all the time.
- Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships.
- Update the existing database with any modifications and clients present status.
- Get involve and trying to solve any difficulties that client servicing might face with the clients after signing contract.
- Being part of the planning, organizing and executing the Sales strategy for Companys different services. Initiate and coordinate in the development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Participate in the Collections Cycle after sale whenever required.
- The Outdoor Business Developer participates in special projects whenever required by the management.
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
- Handle clients directly either by email, fax or telephone. Enter notes into ERP, including dates for follow up calls.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Preparing the daily, weekly, and monthly sales report. Creating, maintaining and updating department files and documents regularly. Complaint handling, fully documenting, and forwarding complaints for permanent filing.
- Performing few ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as required for the department.
