Telesales Agent Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling the meeting of Sales Executive with clients.
- Work for increasing the sales such as calling sales prospect individuals in target industries for qualifying leads and setting up appointments for sales force directly. Convert leads to sales via telephone.
- Achieving the daily/weekly/monthly target.
- Process orders. Complete call logs. Complete call reports.
- Updating the company information in the ERP. (i.e. location, contact details, activities, emails, and etc.)
- Increase the sales by collecting or sharing some data that includes surveys, telemarketing or verifications.
- Attend, follow-up, and resolve complaints and questions. Acting as an information source and answering operator.
- Providing feedback regularly on the effectiveness of Contact Center Department policies and procedures.
- Carry out daily tasks, cooperating in the team, disciplining, and reviewing all meetings.
- Follow the corrective action plans to ensure the quality assurance standards.
- He or she has to perform all the tasks by discussing with the direct manager such as communicating solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Contact Center In-Charge.
- Performing few ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as required for the publication.
