- Represent the management on behalf of their absence
and agendas; book other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
- Complete projects and special assignments from management
- Establish objectives and determine priorities set by management
- Monitor office expenditures and provide basic bookkeeping
- Write, adjust and maintain office procedures
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports
- Coordinate direct instructions from management to HR and Admin Department for proper implantation of policies and procedures
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and provide proper distribution
