We have multi use complex clients also. We take care of maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, security, waste management, energy management.
Recruitment , willing to travel to different countries to assist recruitment.
To prepare Policies and procedures
Arrange for vacancies to be advertised in the recommended places
Create and maintain an accurate log of all candidates who have applied for each role
Produce offer letters
Communicate with new starters at all stages of the recruitment, offer and on boarding process
Set up soft and hard employee files
Good Employee Relations
Compensation and benefits
1 to 3 years experience in HR department
Excellent communication skills in English, both written & verbal
Have hands on HR experience along with strong strategic capabilities
A degree in HR will be an advantage
