He will also be responsible for sales coordination, sales promotion activities, product sales, contracts and tenders, pricing reviews, client relationship and price increases.
He will be the initial point of contact for maintaining relationship with new & existing companys clients. Price changes will have to be approved by the respective management assigned members or committee
He is to handle & initiate all correspondence relating to initial sales proposals / RFP / new business, client pricing & commercial issues, including but not limited to site surveys, project evaluations, meetings with clients and checks on clients credit worthiness / reputation.
He will handle tender collections, preparations (reading & compiling), obtain necessary quotations, prepare costing attend tender meetings and other tender related issues. Contracts & Tender submittals are to be verified by concern chain
Overseeing the Sales and Marketing function to maximize profitability and ensuring that these are in line with Group and Regional guidelines.
Developing and managing sales and marketing budgets and overseeing the development and management of internal operating budgets.
Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results. Price Increase:
Maintaining positive relationship with existing clients.
Ensuring renewal of contracts with price increase.
Ensuring that budgeted price increase targets are achieved.
