Well known Financial Consulting Office based in Riyadh-KSA is
seeking a dynamic, energetic, dedicated
and well qualified candidate for the position of
Financial Consultant & Administration Officer.
* DUTIES :
1- Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
2- Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
3- Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to supervisory workers, and monitors compliance.
4- Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget.
5- Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings.
6- Acts as custodian of corporate documents and records.
7- Directs preparation and filing of corporate legal documents with government agencies to conform with statutes.
8- Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
9- Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.
10- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings, and accompanies supervisor when requested.
11- Respond to public inquiries
12- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
13- Type confidential documents on a word-processing system
14- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
1- Min 3-5 years experience in similar position.
2- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
3- Excellent communication skills.
4- Computer literate.
5- Good knowledge in MS Office programs (A test will be done on using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project), score will be considered in the.
6- Presentable & good looking.
7- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
8- Very good typing speed (to be advised).
9- Social and can interact with others easily.
