1.Responsible for the company's human resources planning and organizational structure design.
2.Responsible for the company's personnel recruitment complement, flow and eliminated, ensuring the normal work of the departments work.

1.Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
2.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
3.Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
4.Familiarity with full recruitment cycle.
5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6.Good problem-solving abilities
7.Team management skills
8.BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
Salary Range : AED 8000 - AED 10000
