Indian origin preferred. Must have minimum 2-5 years experience working in similar capacity or has worked under a senior manager. Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsible for the overall operation of a catering facility.
Maintain employee and vendor relations to run a successful catering facility.
Keeping staff motivated to provide the highest standard of service.
Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
To manage client relations.
Negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to work on business and negotiate contracts.
Setting and monitoring budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived.
