Person should be confident enough for his job preferably should have experience as Admin/Sales in the beverage / FMCG industry within UAE only.
Your key tasks will be:
General administrative support and managing day to day operations of the office.
General managing and tracking of all processes in the food distribution supply chain.
Handle customer requests, orders and enquiries and draft responses to inquiries.
Manage the company petty cash and keep a record of all items.
Carry out research project when requested.
Assist the management when requested.
Any other tasks as requested.
Develop the companys customer base and promoter our rand of products, which could involve indoor and outdoor work.
Prepare and attend meetings with senior management with company customers.
Ability to do independently research and marketing and generate leads for our products.
Preparing sales orders, data entry, LPOs and invoices.
Keep CRM system updated and input correct information etc.
Bachelors degree in Business, marketing or related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Dubai in the Food & beverages industry only.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Should have excellent MS office skills.
Portray professionalism and high level of customer services skills.
Energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in health foods and fitness industry.
Will be 7k- 10k depending upon the experience.
