Graduate in food science with similar experience in supervisory-related role in Ice Cream Production.
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing of different types of Ice Creams.
Monitoring and keeping required level of product's raw material and consumable item.
Planning day to day production load to meet production output target and utilize and distribute resources accurately.
Maintains safe working conditions and practices in addition to complying with all company safety rules and regulations.
Ensures work areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner in accordance with ISO standards.
Assists manager with weekly employee schedule & can prepare and do all required reports by management.
Provide daily production report related to the department to Production Manager.
Monitor process work flow, personnel and resources, cost developments.
Prepare monthly reports including production volumes, yield, maintenance, head count, total man-hours, illness and absence, etc.
Coordinate with Plant Manager and Production Manager for smooth production of products.
Monitor and supervise the entire production section and coordinate with Machine Operator, filling packaging team and other subordinates regarding update of each batch production such as filling and packing.
Train and orient the production personnel on proper use of all plants, machines, equipment, and resources to maintain a safe and clean environment. Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Should have good Verbal and non verbal communication Skills.
