Attend any training sessions, course projects and workshops that may be beneficial for self
development and the department on request from the Outlet Manager or Representative
To have a complete working knowledge of the Outlet menu, beverage list and any forthcoming special
promotions and to take every opportunity to maximize sales in a discreet manner.
Welcome, receive and seat guests to table, presents the food beverage menu, suggest food and
beverage items and answers questions quickly in a discreet manner in line with the standard operating procedure.
Ensure that the service of starters, main course, dessert, coffee and beverage is correct, efficient and
that orders are properly executed to the required standards.
Maintain the departmental area in a safe, hygienic and presentable state at all times in accordance to
Security conscious with respect to guest, colleagues and hotel property / welfare and to report suspicious circumstance to the Outlet Manager.
Reports to Captain.
Sharing accommodation, Transportation, Meal, Insurance, Leave ticket after 2 years, Service charge
