â¢ To manage the Groupâs Business Development resources and use them effectively to grow our existing business and investigate new business opportunities in foreign markets.
â¢ Have a thorough understanding about the international markets, company laws and statutes. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
â¢ Innovative and intuitive approach to researching key target markets and new opportunities, combined with advanced evaluation, reporting and decision-making skills with a results-driven focus.
â¢ Develop business plans, annual budgets and sales/targets with Senior Management team.
â¢ Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate international markets for Franchise business.
â¢ Oversee the Groupâs business development functions, including branding, marketing, advertising, to ensure consistent representation of the Company in the marketplace.
â¢ Accountability for the overall financial performance of the multiple clinics and the achievement of revenue budgets.
â¢ Ensuring that the clinics comply with senior management directives and statutory regulations.
â¢ Acting as the chief spokesperson for the organisation in relation to the multi functions/branches or responsibility - as required.
â¢ Communicating with the MD to ensure he remains fully informed of all significant operating issues.
