Key responsibilities will be as follows:
Responsible for the developing and executing sales strategies to optimize sales, growth, market penetration, and profitability.
Generating new business and managing old customers by regularly visiting clients.
Responsible for expanding aesthetic & derma development business including but not limited to concept development.
Serve as sales lead in specific target market areas regardless of geography. Attend conferences and trade shows that focus on these markets in UAE
Maintain and build effective relationships with key and target accounts, industry leaders and industry associations.
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
Clear understanding of Lean and agile concept
Bachelor or Master degree in science/business management
MBA in Sales & Marketing will have advantage
Strong command of English language
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Presentable personality, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing, Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, team player.
