The position is a senior level position that is ideal for a capable, committed individual who
wants to roll up his / her sleeves and dive right in to the work. You will be working along with
the top management team and leading the Business Development Vertical that is crucial to the
revenue growth and brand building. This role requires someone who doesnt only stick to their
responsibilities but comes up with innovative ideas for business development and expansion.
ï Defines functional strategy for the establishing new business ventures in line with the
Company's business strategy and ensures strategic alignment with business operations
ï Develops / Recommends business expansion in GCC and other countries, in line with
regulatory and other mandatory requirements
ï Working closely with the functional heads to support programs and initiatives at existing
clinics with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
ï Leading the Business Development Vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical,
managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the
ï Working with stakeholders externally to enhance the Royale Hayat brand.
ï Working with our on ground staff at Clinics/business ventures to understand their
requirements. Interacting closely with customers to understand who is customer, what
their health care requirements are and how new business development can bridge
these gaps in services available.
ï Working closely with network expansion and operations team, might include traveling
to clinics often to collect survey information, feedback etc.
