Promantra is an ISO 9001 and 27001 certified organization providing End to End Revenue Cycle Management Services to Hospitals, Physicians Groups and Medical Billing Companies across United States. Promantra is currently seeking to hire in Dubai a Manager for Business Development. This position will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager - Business Development will be responsible for the overall management of the Companys business development in UAE region to bag new Medical Billing and Medical Coding contracts from the Hospitals and Physician Practices in UAE region.
Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the companys strategic direction.
Spearhead business development initiatives in the UAE region that are consistent with the companys overall strategy.
Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the companys mission.
Oversee marketing programs and partner channels that increase the company's revenues and mid-market customer base and expand existing channels.
Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines or bring new product lines to the organization.
Develop and maintain high-profile external relationships within customer constituents, professional organizations, etc.
Opening up new avenues for the business by associating with new clients
Making MOUs with the new clients to retain and to have a long term business relations.
Tactical approach to cater services as per the clients requirements and ensure to close the deal positively through upholding personal relations.
Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.
Build and manage a business development team.
Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.
Win customers with limited support.
Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the Companys dealings with the marketplace
Promote a customer-oriented focus and advocate consultative customer relationships.
Act as primary contact for internal and external constituents.
Travel and conduct face to face meetings at Prospect location if needed to close the deal faster.
