In charge of one section of the outlet kitchen/banqueting
Ensure proper standards are met
Ensure and implement directions and follow policies and procedures
In charge of the section in the absence of the outlet Sous Chef
Can work under pressure.
Takes responsibility and follow-ups.
Willing to walk the extra mile with guests (helpful & cooperative).
Able to memorize, recollect & quickly retrieve dates, names, times & other data.
Able to be proactive and reactive to anticipated and sudden changes.
