To record all required data and issues.
To confirm service delivery to every guest.
To follow all telephone handling standards, policies, and procedures.
To report all defects at all times.
To follow all safety and security procedures.
To always be aware and informed of the hotel promotions at all times.
To have a general training in all departments of the hotel.
